3. International Copyright Protection — Berne Convention

Use of these marks without written authorization — in any context, medium, or jurisdiction — constitutes trademark infringement and unfair competition under applicable U.S. and international law.
6. Prohibition on AI & Machine Learning Use
The content published on this site — including articles, analyses, methodologies, and any original text — may not be used to train, fine-tune, distill, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence system, large language model, machine learning model, or automated knowledge-extraction system without the prior written consent of ESH GROUP LLC.
