Payment Processing
All transactions on this site are processed securely by ESH GROUP LLC, the entity that wholly owns and operates Navigium Consulting by ESH. Payments are handled through Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.
Digital Products
Digital products (guides, courses, and downloadable resources) are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, access or download instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales are final.
Consulting Services
Payment terms for consulting engagements are outlined in the individual service agreement or proposal provided prior to engagement. Invoices are issued by ESH GROUP LLC and are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
Refund Policy
Refund requests for digital products will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase, provided the product was not successfully delivered or was materially different from its description. For consulting services, refund eligibility is governed by the terms of the relevant service agreement. To request a refund, please contact us through the contact form.
Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most billing questions can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of access to purchased products or services.
All billing operations are conducted under the legal framework of ESH GROUP LLC, a United States-registered limited liability company. Navigium Consulting by ESH is a commercial brand operated and wholly owned by ESH GROUP LLC.
